Da sich Schreibung und Sprache nicht im Verhältnis 1:1 entsprechen und die mündliche Ausdrucksweise auch wegen fehlender Belege nicht eindeutig bewiesen bzw. differenziert werden kann, werden sprachliche Hinweise nur sehr selten die schriftliche examine unterstützen.

Die jeweiligen mittelhochdeutschen Entsprechungen gebe ich nach dem „kleinen mittelhochdeutschen Wörterbuch“ von Beate Henning an, wohl wissentlich, dass als Bezugspunkt ein klassisch-standartisiertes Mittelhochdeutsch benutzt wird und nicht zwangsläufig die mittelhochdeutschen Entsprechungen des mitteldeutschen Gebietes oder andere abweichende und analog verwendete Formen.
Der graphematischen examine gehen noch drei Punkte voraus: Zum einen möchte ich noch einen ganz kurzen Einblick in die historische scenario des sixteen.
