Auf Grund der partiellen Beeinflussbarkeit dieser Rahmenbedingungen lassen sich für das OP-Management verschiedene Verbesserungspotenziale entwerfen(Neugestaltung/ -ausstattung des OP-Traktes, erweiterte Nutzung medizinischer Therapiepfade, Einführung eines Modul-/ Kanbansystems für Bereichslager).
